Job Overview

Varun Dynamics Services (VDS) is looking for an experienced Senior SI/PI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis using industry-standard simulation tools.

The selected engineer will be responsible for independently executing SI/PI engineering activities, analyzing simulation results, identifying design issues and providing technical recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis independently.

• Develop and execute simulation models and analysis setups.

• Perform high-speed signal analysis and identify signal integrity issues.

• Analyze power distribution and power integrity performance.

• Perform simulation setup, meshing/model preparation, boundary conditions and solver configuration as applicable.

• Analyze simulation results and identify potential design risks.

• Recommend design improvements based on simulation results.

• Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation.

• Independently manage assigned technical activities and deliverables.

• Coordinate with the client engineering team when required.

Required Technical Skills

• 5+ years of relevant hands-on SI/PI experience.

• Strong practical experience with ANSYS SI/PI tools.

• Experience with tools such as ANSYS SIwave, HFSS or equivalent SI/PI simulation platforms.

• Understanding of high-speed digital design and signal integrity fundamentals.

• Understanding of power integrity / PDN analysis.

• Strong simulation and result-interpretation capability.

• Ability to independently execute engineering analysis from setup through final technical deliverables.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who can work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality engineering work.

Candidates with only theoretical knowledge or limited hands-on simulation experience will not be preferred.

Project Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience

• Onsite: Hyderabad

• Project-based assignment

• Immediate / short-term availability preferred

• Must be comfortable working in a client engineering environment
