Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Varun K is the CEO, Founder, and President of Varun Dynamics, a next-generation engineering company building intelligent industrial solutions through AI, mechanical design, and advanced simulation.
He previously worked as a Product Engineer at Microsoft, contributing to system optimization, automation, digital twins, and AI-enhanced engineering workflows. Before that, he served as a Project Engineer at DRDO, working on mission-critical defense technologies and high-reliability design.
With strong engineering fundamentals and an AI-driven product mindset, Varun is leading Varun Dynamics to redefine how mechanical systems are designed, optimized, and transformed through intelligence-first engineering.
Chief Design Director
Manish Kumar Singh joins the team, bringing deep leadership experience from one of India's most ambitious infrastructure projects—the Mumbai–Ahmedabad Bullet Train, executed by L&T. As a former director and lead on the high-speed rail corridor, Manish oversaw the design and execution of over 156 km of ballastless track, integration of Japanese Shinkansen J Slab Track technology, and end-to-end project delivery across underground and elevated sections. His role also included strategic coordination with NHSRCL and multi-sector teams.

Abhishek Kumar, MTech (IIT Guwahati), leads simulation and project execution at Varun Dynamics. With expertise in solid-state batteries, materials recycling, and environmental systems, he brings deep research experience and precision engineering to every project. His work drives validated, subsystem-level solutions across industrial and clean-tech domains.
